HypnoBirthing® is a complete childbirth education program that will fully prepare you for childbirth. The Mongan Method is a unique method of relaxed, natural childbirth education enhanced by documented effective self-hypnosis/deep relaxation, visualizations, special breathing and tension-releasing techniques. Whether your choice is to birth in a hospital, birthing center or at home, HypnoBirthing® offers you the skills needed to create the birth you desire. This program educates women to trust in their bodies and their natural instincts to birth the way nature intended. Combined with sound information on the physical process of pregnancy, labor, and birth, you will learn to significantly relax your body, thus yielding a calm and comfortable birth. Companions gain the knowledge to provide a solid structure of support during birth, thus increasing the mother's confidence, while increasing bonding with mother and baby.
